CMRA Sync

CMRA Sync checks that the mailbox holders in your mailbox system (MPS) match the Form 1583 records in the USPS Business Customer Gateway (BCG). It shows you what is missing, what has changed and what can be closed out, so you can fix it before an audit.

It is a small add-on for Chrome or Edge. It works inside your own browser, on the pages you are already signed in to. You stay in charge: it reads, it compares, and it does not change anything in MPS or BCG.

What it does

• Reads your box holders from MPS and your 1583 forms from BCG, one store at a time.
• Compares the two lists and sorts every difference into a plain status, such as Missing 1583 or Confirmed terminated.
• Lets you fix a problem, read just that box again, and see the answer update.

What stays private

Your mailbox holders, ID details and 1583 contents stay on the computer you use. They are never sent to us or anywhere else. The only thing that goes online is the licence check. Read exactly what is sent.

CMRA Sync is licensed per store. Only stores on your organisation's licence can run a comparison.

Creating new Form 1583 drafts in BCG for you is not available yet. It is switched off while it goes through a compliance review. For now, CMRA Sync shows you which 1583s are missing and you create them in BCG yourself.
