CMRA Sync quick start for managers
Run a comparison and find out which Form 1583 records need attention.
Before you start
- CMRA Sync is already installed and set up on this computer. If not, ask the owner to follow Set up your store and sign in.
- You can sign in to MPS and to BCG.
1. Read your boxes from MPS
Sign in to MPS and pick your center. Click Start in the MPS Extractor panel at the bottom right. Wait for the panel to say Done.
2. Read your forms from BCG
Sign in to BCG and open the Agent Location List. Pick your store in the BCG Extractor panel and click Start. Wait for Done. See Run a comparison for every step.
3. Compare
Click Open Review in either panel. Open the Import data / compute diff / export & import store data bar, pick your store and click Compute Diff.
4. Work through the list
Start with the red Missing 1583 rows, then Needs termination and Confirmed terminated. Each row says what to do. See Read the reconciliation.
5. Check your fixes
After you fix a box in MPS or BCG, click ↻ on its row, then Rescrape Review's recheck list in the panel. The list updates by itself.
