Your account quick start for associates

Join your store's team and sign in. You need to do this once; after that you just sign in.

Before you start

• The invite email from your manager. It is called You're invited to join and the name of your business.
• A password you will remember. Use at least 8 characters.

1. Accept your invite

Click the link in the email. Check your name, choose a password and click Join. The link works once and lasts 24 hours. See Accept an invite.

2. Sign in

Open the Scheduler and sign in with your email and password. See Sign in.

You do not need a phone code. That is only for owners and general managers.

3. If you forget your password

There is no "forgot password" button on the sign-in page. Ask your manager to send you a reset link. See Reset a password.
