How a business gets an account and a licence today, and what is not available yet.

These are not available yet: signing up for an account on your own, paying by card online, seeing your plan, invoices or payment history, and changing your plan. Ask us about any of them and we will arrange it with you.

How you get started today

We set up each business with you. We create your business and your first owner, then you get an invite email. Accept it as described in Accept an invite. From there you add your stores and your people.

Licences, in plain words

A licence lets one of your stores use one FSC tool. It follows these rules:

Rule	What it means
One licence per store	Each store that uses a tool needs its own licence for it.
Per tool	Scheduler, Print Layout, Store Reports and CMRA Sync are licensed separately.
Open stores only	A closed store has no licence. Close a store updates your licences.
Verified UPS Store locations	Store Reports and CMRA Sync work for a UPS Store location only after we have verified it.

A store without a licence cannot use the tool. For example, CMRA Sync shows Not on your licence next to the store. See CMRA Sync troubleshooting.

Where to see your licences

There is no licence page in your account yet. CMRA Sync shows the licence state of each store on its setup page.

What happens next

If a store should be licensed and is not, check that it is on your Stores list, open and (for a UPS Store location) verified. If it is, contact us.
